Questions about paying
Is EmeraldCV free?
Yes. One CV and one profile are free for as long as you like, edited without limits and downloaded as a PDF in the Emerald design. Pro adds every design, as many CVs and profiles as you need, and the full hiring-systems report.
How do I cancel the weekly plan?
From the Pro page in your account, at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment, and Pro carries on until the end of the week you paid for.
What does lifetime mean?
You pay once and keep Pro for as long as EmeraldCV is offered, including the designs we add later. It doesn't renew.
What happens if Pro ends?
Nothing you made is locked or removed. Every CV stays yours to edit, and downloads in the Emerald design.
Who handles my card?
Stripe, a payment provider used by millions of businesses. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
